• We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
  

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (Metro cities: 3–5 days, Non-metro: 5–7 days).

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at additional cost).

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1599.

• Standard shipping fee of [₹100] applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee.
  

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
  

6. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, the package will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping can be arranged with applicable charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.

• If your package is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
